The autopsy report bears the pathologist's signature dated FIVE DAYS BEFORE Raffi Ceylan was pronounced dead. The estate of CAD $600,000+ held with Sun Life was transferred to a non-family beneficiary on 19 September 2016, sixty-four days after the death. The testamentary instrument cut out his mother Betty Ceylan, his twin sister Lucy Ceylan, and his brother Armin Ceylan — the three people he supported his entire life. A second Empire Life corporate policy estimated at CAD $10 million has never been opened. The lawyer for the estate, Bart Segan, is married to the best friend of the beneficiary.

The Windsor Justice Trifecta. The three principal claimants are Francesco Giovanni Longo (living), the Estate of Raffi Ceylan (deceased 16 July 2016, represented by his family), and David Simetic (living), each bringing a parallel chapter of the same transnational conspiracy. The Groot family — Norman Groot, convicted in 1999 of obstruction of justice as a Peel Regional Police officer, and Dr. Emily Groot, Ontario's Chief Coroner during the 2016 Raffi Ceylan death investigation — is the cross-case family bridge tying the Simetic chapter to the Ceylan chapter.
Dr. Queen's signature on the autopsy report bears a date five days prior to Raffi Ceylan's pronounced date of death. A pathologist cannot autopsy a living man. This is forgery on the face of the document.
