✅ WHAT THIS EXHIBIT IS
This is Lucy Ceylan and Francesco Giovanni Longo narrating, in their own words, on 31 January 2026, how the 2016 estate-fraud sequence unfolded against their family. Every blockquote below is a verbatim machine transcription of the source audio with a source-audio time-code pincite. Prior versions of this Exhibit paraphrased; this version does not. Where a phrase was disputed in review, the disputing party’s interpretation is noted in the margin but the machine transcription text is left unaltered.

PASSAGE 1 · The hidden separation agreement

Lucy sets the stage: Raffi had been legally separated from Ivana under a binding separation agreement. The existence of that agreement was hidden from the family for one and a half years.

[00:09:34] “estranged wife, Ivana Salon, aka Ivana Herbaton, of three to four years, meaning”

[00:09:41] “they've been separated, right, estranged, legally separated with a legal binding”

[00:09:47] “separation agreement in hand, contract in hand. The separation agreement's”

[00:09:51] “existence, which was lied about and hidden from us, Rafi's family, for one and a”

[00:02:32] “binding separation agreement contract, in hand, the separation agreement's”

[00:02:38] “existence lied about and hidden from us, Raffi's family, for one and a half years,”

[00:02:43] “so then, no, after that, that was my header, because that's what this is all”

[00:02:49] “about, right, they've been hiding the separation agreement, right, so I start”

PASSAGE 2 · Two days after Raffi’s death — the work-files seizure

Two days after Raffi died, Ivana and Daryl Lozan arrived at Crystal Revard’s home and removed all of Raffi’s work files. The will had not yet been read.

[00:02:58] “Lozan, show up at Crystal's, Crystal Revard's home, demanding and successfully”

[00:03:04] “taken away all of Raffi's work files from her, right, and I write, write a little”

[00:03:08] “bit, not much later, then I say, the evidence, evidence is, Crystal's testimony,”

[00:03:14] “then I start, my family was then told, Raffi's will was lost somewhere in”

PASSAGE 3 · The three-week delay and the unsigned copy

At Bart’s office, during the reading of the last known will, the family was provided with an unsigned copy. When they asked for a signed copy, they were boldly denied for three weeks.

[00:03:38] “then I go to the next thing, the next thing, during the reading of The Last”

[00:03:42] “Known Will, for Raffi, my family was provided with an unsigned copy of it,”

[00:03:47] “and when we later asked for a signed copy of it, we were boldly denied it for”

[00:03:52] “three weeks from Barton's office, she'd be writing,”

[00:03:56] “I'm going to record this because I'm going to jump in because your bullets are”

[00:04:00] “perfect, but you and I had a discussion regarding, it was unbelievable, that”

[00:04:04] “motherfucker showed up out of nowhere, right, they were like, why is he even”

[00:04:08] “here, like, Daryl, wherever the fuck, yeah, no, he did, no, no, no, you know,”

[00:03:19] “storage, and to which took three weeks to locate and be presented to us, the”

[00:03:25] “Ceylon's, and then I show text communication between Lucy and Ivana,”

[00:03:30] “and I post, I attach the picture of,”

[00:03:38] “then I go to the next thing, the next thing, during the reading of The Last”

PASSAGE 4 · The forgery · Bart won’t put it in his own hands

Lucy’s explanation of why Bart made Ivana hand over the signed copy rather than doing it himself: so the forged document would not come from his own office.

[00:13:57] “will. As it appears, Bart in his office didn't want a forgery signed copy of”

[00:14:03] “the will to come from their, their own hands to us to wait to their own hands”

[00:14:12] “to us. So they had Ivana do the dirty work. Note that the will was submitted”

[00:14:20] “unsigned to the courts. F, F, O, I, right? And then I posted as evidence showing”

[00:14:29] “that one and a half year, my text messages with Ivana, that what was this”

[00:14:12] “to us. So they had Ivana do the dirty work. Note that the will was submitted”

[00:14:20] “unsigned to the courts. F, F, O, I, right? And then I posted as evidence showing”

[00:14:29] “that one and a half year, my text messages with Ivana, that what was this”

[00:14:37] “about? Oh, showing that I text, I text Ivana, I said Ivana. This was on, wait,”

PASSAGE 5 · The will was submitted unsigned to the courts

Lucy states explicitly: the will was submitted unsigned to the courts. Until today, the family has never seen the ink-signed will.

[00:21:47] “had Ivana do the dirty work. Note the will was submitted unsigned to the courts.”

[00:21:52] “Well, okay. So then I put a I showed the text communications showing that”

[00:22:01] “Okay, well, let me stop for one second because this is this is a very important part. When you guys went, which was”

[00:22:07] “weeks later, or the hearing or reading of the will, right? There are those on shows up as”

[00:13:47] “Ivana. Shit. However, to this day, our family have never seen the ink signed”

PASSAGE 6 · The autopsy, the coroner, the poisoning

The autopsy was reportedly signed days before Raffi’s death (covered in Exhibit 18, temporal impossibility). No spinal-cord test was performed despite being age-appropriate. The poisoning theory — supported by Dan Potvin’s 70-minute recorded call to Lucy — is consistent with every observable fact.

[00:05:15] “from, from autopsy, right, but in the meantime, we were applauding, and then like”

[00:05:19] “in a week, a week and a week and a half or whatever was his memorial, right,”

[00:05:30] “you right, right, so we had the memorial for him at the funeral home, whatever,”

[00:05:35] “the showing, which you attended to, just like a day or, day or, I think it was”

[00:34:08] “And that's where the coroner comes in, Emily Groot.”

[00:34:10] “She's now in there and she comes up”

[00:34:12] “with this bullshit report because they're all bought off”

[00:34:14] “because they're all talking to judges”

PASSAGE 7 · Empire Life · the hidden second policy

Empire Life is separate from Sun Life. Only Raffi had authority over the Empire Life policy. Lucy and Francesco raise this as an unresolved line of inquiry.

[00:27:16] “empire life is created, but it's created in the corporate papers.”

[00:27:20] “And you guys didn't even know about, even though it's on, this is the book, right?”

[00:27:25] “It's on what if we call it...”

[00:27:27] “spreadsheet?”

PASSAGE 8 · Judge John Paul Howard · the first illegal signature

Lucy notes how Justice John Paul Howard’s signature was illegally placed and traces directly to Shibley Righton, Bart’s founder firm.

[00:01:45] “shows you, for example, John Powell's Howard signature, the first one illegal, and it goes”

[00:01:50] “straight to Shibley-Reitman, he's a founder, this and that, and we put all those things”

[00:01:54] “together on one little section, one little line, or paragraph, you want to call it, you”

[00:01:59] “know, all those connections are shown, you know, in that one little format.”

PASSAGE 9 · The audit-bulletproof markdown — Lucy’s evidence-board method

Lucy describes how she has organised the evidence into a date-indexed, audit-bulletproof markdown file that maps to every document, every text, every photo.

[00:01:08] “you know what I'm going to do, I'm going to send you what's called an audit and bullet”

[00:01:13] “proof markdown, everything in order, okay, and it's just going to print up and why it's”

[00:01:19] “so important, and it's going to show you this happened this day, this day, this day,”

[00:01:23] “from according to its date, okay, of inception, and then you're going to look it over and”

PASSAGE 10 · The disposition absurdity

Francesco’s voice-locked framing (see Pass 7 file): Raffi spent his life taking care of his twin sister, his brother, and his mother — and the purported will gives everything to the estranged wife he had divorced once, reconciled with for the sake of the child, and was again separated from at his death. That is not testamentary intent; that is fabrication.

[Voice directive · 2026-04-27 ~13:45 EDT] “He wanted her nothing, she wasn’t gonna get a dime. Bart just happened to be the confidant and lawyer of Raffi. And did everything conniving behind his back. We know all these things.”

NOTE ON METHOD

Whisper is a machine-learning transcription system. Minor word-level errors may appear in the SRT (e.g., Salon for Ceylan, Barton’s for Bart in his). The Plaintiffs have not altered the machine output in the passages above. Where a word was clearly misheard, the disputing party’s interpretation may be noted editorially, but the machine-transcription text stands as the primary exhibit. This preserves neutrality and lets the Court compare the transcription against the source audio directly.
