🛡 Whistleblower Protection & Rewards
If you worked inside one of the 17 named institutions — we want your truth, we will protect your identity, and we will pay you for it.
Who this page is for
If you have ever worked at, or have current access to, any of the following institutions, and you have seen or can document conduct consistent with the pattern this archive describes — this page is for you:
DEA · FBI · JTTF · DOJ Canada · DOJ US · RCMP · Toronto Police Service · Windsor Police Service · Ontario Superior Court · Windsor Superior Court · Ontario LAO · Ontario MAG / Victim Services · MDFL · HCSO · BOP · Law Society of Ontario · Ontario Cabinet · Canadian Cabinet
What we need
- Documents. Any internal memo, briefing note, email, log entry, cooperation agreement, Giglio disclosure, or case file referencing the claimant or any of the 18 named actors.
- Signed affidavits. First-hand accounts of conduct you observed, with or without identification.
- Names. If you know someone who knows something — we want them too.
- Context. Even a single operational detail can close a gap in the exhibit record.
How we protect you
| Layer | Mechanism |

| Payment | Cryptocurrency or legal-aid-routed payment at your choice · no banking trail tied to your identity unless you elect it |

| Gold | Document or testimony that opens a new exhibit or establishes an element not previously documented | $25,000 – $250,000 CAD |
| Platinum | Insider testimony that closes a central proof gap (e.g. direct knowledge of Womack cooperation terms; Minister-of-Justice briefing notes; LSO screening-decision internal memos) | $250,000 – $1,000,000 CAD |
