The principle
Information that matters should travel. Information that could be suppressed should travel faster. This archive rewards the people who carry it.
How the referral layer works

Why this matters
A record that reaches a thousand people is suppressible. A record that reaches a hundred thousand, carried by a thousand independent voices each of whom benefits from carrying it, is not. The reward layer converts interest into distribution and distribution into permanence.
Funding source
Initial reward pool comes from (a) direct supporter contributions through the sovereign donation channel, (b) settlement of the 2025 Superior Court award being pursued through enforcement action, and (c) referral-earned distribution of the broader allocation under the Canadian People's Trust structure (see Allocation page).
Transparency
Every reward paid will be published in the archive's public ledger — who earned it, for what action, and when. Reward integrity is itself evidence that the archive operates as it claims to.
