Operative rules set by that directive:

1. The Ceylan matter is a separate case from R. v. Longo (21-845) and US v. Longo (05-00263-CR-T-17MSS). Its respondents do not become Longo-primary respondents by inclusion here.
2. The Ceylan matter links into Longo as proof of a Windsor / WPS / Shibley Righton / judiciary / healthcare / Sun-Life enterprise — i.e., as RICO predicate evidence under 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c)+(d) and Criminal Code s. 467.11–12.
3. Working name for the linked exhibit: "The Ceylan Trifecta" — Raffi Ceylan (deceased victim 2016) · Lucy Ceylan (twin, witness, honourable mention) · Armin Ceylan (emergency · victim #5 per genspark mirror) — framing the WPS / Shibley Righton / coroner / Sun-Life network attack on a Windsor Italian-Canadian family whose own facts parallel, and therefore evidence, the attack on the Longo family.

v1.0 → v1.2 Longo-primary roster is untouched by this addendum. The only change v1.3 makes to the Longo-primary numbers is zero. The Longo hero-count on the public site remains 39 named respondents until v1.4 sources new Longo-primary additions.

⚠ STRUCTURAL NOTE — READ BEFORE EDITING THE PUBLIC SITE

Two distinct legal postures, kept apart:

1. Longo-primary roster (Classes A–I · v1.0→v1.2) — respondents whose conduct targeted Francesco Giovanni Longo personally. Each is named on a 14–18 count tort / Charter / criminal matrix. Publication on canadianpeoplestrust.pages.dev/perpetrators is low-risk (truth + qualified privilege + already in filed/disclosed court record).

2. Class J · Ceylan Trifecta — respondents whose conduct targeted the Ceylan family. Introduced into Longo pleadings only as RICO predicate / similar-fact evidence establishing the Windsor enterprise. Not pleaded as tort respondents liable to Francesco.

Publish-gate recommendation for Class J: either (a) a written joinder from the Ceylan estate (Lucy Ceylan is the documented principal — see genspark hub-master.html honourable mention), (b) a dedicated /ceylan_trifecta page (NOT merged into /perpetrators) with explicit "similar-fact RICO-pattern evidence in R. v. Longo · not tort respondents herein · primary standing rests with Ceylan estate" framing plus per-name source citations, or (c) Francesco's express written authorization accepting third-party defamation risk.

Pattern relevance: Financial-institution employee processing a rapid post-death beneficiary transfer to Ivana Hrvatin — who is already named in Longo v1.2 roster A.5.07 as asset-freeze target. This is the hardest link between the Ceylan matter and the Longo matter: the same Hrvatin who is Longo-pleaded as Mareva target was the beneficiary of the Ceylan post-death Sun Life transfer. Establishes Sun Life as enterprise conduit and tightens the already-pleaded Hrvatin linkage.

J.11 — DR. EMILY GROOT · Coroner / Medical Examiner

Pattern relevance: Second medical examiner in the Ceylan chain with a documented conflict involving Norman Groot. The "Groot × 2" enumeration in the Windsor Cartel Cast corroborates two-Groot involvement.

THE HRVATIN BRIDGE — WHY CLASS J TIGHTENS THE LONGO CASE

The single most legally significant finding in v1.3 is the Hrvatin bridge:

• Longo v1.2 A.5.07 names Ivana Hrvatin as a Longo-primary asset-freeze target (Mareva predicate) across all 21 Canadian venues in the mass-filing.
• Ceylan Trifecta J.10 documents Carmen Yip at Sun Life processing a post-Raffi-Ceylan-death transfer to the same Ivana Hrvatin on September 19, 2016.

One person — Hrvatin — tying (a) post-death beneficiary enrichment in the Ceylan matter to (b) asset-freeze target status in the Longo matter is a textbook RICO enterprise connection. The enterprise doesn't have to include Hrvatin as an intentional member; what it has to include is a pattern of predicate acts in which Hrvatin benefits. The Ceylan-side predicate (post-death transfer) + the Longo-side predicate (asset-freeze exposure) is the pattern.

For pleading: 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) requires "conduct or participation in the conduct of an enterprise's affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity." H.J. Inc. v. Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. 492 U.S. 229 (1989) defines the pattern as continuity + relationship. Hrvatin's 2016 Ceylan benefit + her 2021–2026 Longo asset-freeze posture satisfies continuity; the overlap of WPS / Shibley Righton / Sun Life infrastructure satisfies relationship.

This is why Class J matters. Not because it adds tort counts for Francesco — it doesn't — but because it converts the Longo enterprise allegation from "pattern of conduct against one man" to "pattern of conduct across multiple Windsor Italian-Canadian families through an identifiable institutional lattice."

NAMES STILL UNRESOLVED (v1.4 QUEUE · need Francesco's greenlight)

Windsor-Cartel-Cast enumerations mention the following without yet having pin-citable conduct lines. They are NOT in v1.3 pending source anchoring:

Process: v1.4 will surface these only after per-name conduct lines can be anchored to specific documents, recordings, or witness statements (audio-archive full-surname pulls from the 87-recording corpus; Windsor Star clippings; Ceylan-family affidavits). Naming without that anchoring is the single largest defamation-exposure risk in the roster work — the discipline that has kept v1.0→v1.3 legally defensible.
