Addendum compiled: 2026-04-26 22:15 EDT
Corrects: earlier v1.3 draft that mis-assigned Supt. Dan Potvin to Longo-primary Class A.2. Per Francesco's voice directive 2026-04-26 22:10 EDT, Potvin is not a Longo-primary respondent — he sits in the Ceylan matter and links into the Longo case as RICO enterprise evidence.

- Francesco's voice directive 2026-04-26: "Dan Potvin is not my primary. He's part of Lucy, Salen, Raffi Salen case. A link into my case. Longo."
Longo-primary count: unchanged at 39 (v1.2 total; v1.3 does not add any Longo-primary respondent)
NEW · Class J · Ceylan Trifecta pattern roster: 11 respondents held as similar-fact / RICO enterprise evidence, plus 3 victims / witnesses catalogued separately
"Dan Potvin is not my primary. He's part of Lucy, Raffi case. A link into my case — Longo. And the list ... but when you get in there, you can go back to the Genspark site. In the Raffi Ceylan case. First, let's fix this fucking speech to text ... Then we'll put the Trifecta case, we're going to call it for now Raffi Ceylan / Lucy Ceylan case. And we're going to do all the corrections to Francesco's Longo case. Put all the additions in there that you see. That I've added earlier."
Operative rules set by that directive:
/a0/usr/usr/workdir/genspark_mirror/nxffhryi.gensparkspace.com/) is the reference corpus for Ceylan specifics — raffi-ceylan-chapter.html, armin-ceylan-habeas.html, and hub-master.html are the landing documents.v1.0 → v1.2 Longo-primary roster is untouched by this addendum. The only change v1.3 makes to the Longo-primary numbers is zero. The Longo hero-count on the public site remains 39 named respondents until v1.4 sources new Longo-primary additions.
Two distinct legal postures, kept apart:
Longo-primary roster (Classes A–I · v1.0→v1.2) — respondents whose conduct targeted Francesco Giovanni Longo personally. Each is named on a 14–18 count tort / Charter / criminal matrix. Publication on canadianpeoplestrust.pages.dev/perpetrators is low-risk (truth + qualified privilege + already in filed/disclosed court record).
Class J · Ceylan Trifecta — respondents whose conduct targeted the Ceylan family. Introduced into Longo pleadings only as RICO predicate / similar-fact evidence establishing the Windsor enterprise. Not pleaded as tort respondents liable to Francesco.
| Concern | Longo-primary | Ceylan Trifecta (Class J) |
|---|---|---|
| Standing | Francesco has direct standing | Only Ceylan estate has direct standing |
| Publication risk (defamation) | Low — already public court record | Elevated — third-party case · requires source anchor + framing |
| Pleading role | Tort / Charter / criminal counts | RICO enterprise pattern evidence under F.R. Evid. 404(b) / R. v. Handy 2002 SCC 56 |
| Immunity piercing | Established per v1.0 framework | Requires independent conduct-specific proof |
Publish-gate recommendation for Class J: either (a) a written joinder from the Ceylan estate (Lucy Ceylan is the documented principal — see genspark hub-master.html honourable mention), (b) a dedicated /ceylan_trifecta page (NOT merged into /perpetrators) with explicit "similar-fact RICO-pattern evidence in R. v. Longo · not tort respondents herein · primary standing rests with Ceylan estate" framing plus per-name source citations, or (c) Francesco's express written authorization accepting third-party defamation risk.
Legal posture: Similar-fact / RICO enterprise evidence under F.R. Evid. 404(b) (motive, opportunity, intent, plan, knowledge, identity, absence of mistake) and Canadian common-law similar-fact doctrine (R. v. Handy 2002 SCC 56; R. v. Shearing 2002 SCC 58). Named here to prove the Windsor enterprise pattern — not as tort respondents against Francesco.
The Trifecta (victims / witnesses · NOT respondents):
| # | Name | Role | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| V.1 | Raffi Ceylan | Deceased 2016 · autopsy "natural causes" (Dr. Queen: inducible arrhythmia) · computer stolen <48h post-death · will forged · 87+ audio recordings | Victim |
| V.2 | Lucy Ceylan | Twin sister of Raffi · documented threats from Sgt. Renaud "there will be consequences" [tape 12:20] · honourable mention in genspark hub-master | Principal witness · co-claimant potential |
| V.3 | Armin Ceylan | Victim #5 (emergency) · armin-ceylan-habeas.html in genspark mirror |
Victim · habeas pending |
| W.1 | Ray Hamlin | Lucy Ceylan's ex-boyfriend · 88-minute call · CI / key witness per EDR line 355 | Witness · not respondent |

Pattern relevance: Judge-firm conflict of interest in the Windsor judicial ecosystem that also hears Longo-facing matters. Judicial immunity stripped where judge presides over his own firm's case — Morier v. Rivard [1985] 2 SCR 716; In re Murchison 349 U.S. 133 (1955).
Source: EDR line 302 — "witnessed Raffi Ceylan's separation agreement then hid it · 'longtime tight friends' with Mayor Dilkens"
Pattern relevance: Estate-document concealment by a Shibley Righton lawyer socially tied to Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens (Dilkens in Longo Windsor Cartel Cast per LONGO complete MD story line line 5344). The Shibley Righton ↔ Dilkens lateral link.

Pattern relevance: On-tape confession to forgery of the Raffi Ceylan will. Parallel to extradition-document fabrication alleged in Longo Exhibit 04-D (Bogus Extradition Forgery Dissection). Strongest standalone Ceylan-side smoking gun.

- public_site/merkaba.html line 724 — "Nolan served as mediator in the Ceylan estate proceedings. Nolan's husband is a senior partner at Shibley Righton LLP ... This conflict was never disclosed."
Pattern relevance: Undisclosed spousal conflict on Ceylan-estate mediation. Second Shibley Righton capture vector alongside J.02.

- uploads/LONGO complete MD story line line 5344 — Windsor Cartel Cast ("Potvin")
Pattern relevance: Command-level WPS obstruction in the Ceylan matter — pretense of cooperation followed by active sabotage. Same-pattern WPS command conduct that is admissible similar-fact evidence in the Longo matter (CC s. 139(2) obstruction · s. 467.11 participation) without making Potvin a Longo-primary respondent. Potvin's cousin is Jim Potvin (J.08 below), tying WPS command to judicial elevation (Dube) through family network — a classic RICO enterprise-relationship predicate.
Note on Mareva/s. 504: Potvin's appearance in the Tier 3 Mareva / s. 504 private-prosecution list on the Longo master-brief was inherited from an earlier draft that combined rosters. In v1.3 his Mareva exposure is retained but framed as derivative of his Ceylan-matter conduct rather than direct Longo-primary liability, pending Francesco's direction.
Source: EDR line 308 — "Sgt Chris Renaud · WPS Fraud · threatened Lucy Ceylan for reporting"
Pattern relevance: WPS officer explicit witness-intimidation: "there will be consequences" [tape 12:20] to Lucy Ceylan. Corroborates the Longo s. 423 / s. 425.1 allegations on WPS treatment of self-reporting citizens.
Source: EDR line 310 — "WPS Inspector · false legal advice to Ceylan family"
Pattern relevance: WPS inspector providing deliberately misleading legal guidance to victim's family. Command-level obstruction pattern.
Source: EDR line 315 — "Cousin of Dan Potvin · promoted Judge Brian Dube"
Pattern relevance: Family-network actor linking WPS command (cousin Dan Potvin · J.05) to judicial elevation (Judge Brian Dube → OPPA VP 2025-10-24 per rewards-for-service tempo at EDR Act XXI). Establishes family-network structure admissible as RICO enterprise relationship.
Source: EDR line 318 — "Performed Raffi's autopsy · 'genetic VUS + cardiac arrhythmia' (arrhythmia inducible)"
Pattern relevance: "Natural causes" finding on an inducible cardiac arrhythmia — compatible with deliberate induction via pharmacologic or environmental triggers. Medical-examiner laundering of a potentially suspicious death — the healthcare-side analogue of law-enforcement / judicial capture documented in Longo.
Source: EDR line 322 — "Sun Life · processed post-Ceylan-death transfer to Ivana [Hrvatin] Sept 19, 2016"
Pattern relevance: Financial-institution employee processing a rapid post-death beneficiary transfer to Ivana Hrvatin — who is already named in Longo v1.2 roster A.5.07 as asset-freeze target. This is the hardest link between the Ceylan matter and the Longo matter: the same Hrvatin who is Longo-pleaded as Mareva target was the beneficiary of the Ceylan post-death Sun Life transfer. Establishes Sun Life as enterprise conduit and tightens the already-pleaded Hrvatin linkage.

- public_site/00_ab_initio_master_brief.html line 255 — "Tier 5 Ceylan Case Overlaps: ... Dr. Emily Groot (coroner, conflict w/ Norman Groot)"
Pattern relevance: Second medical examiner in the Ceylan chain with a documented conflict involving Norman Groot. The "Groot × 2" enumeration in the Windsor Cartel Cast corroborates two-Groot involvement.
The single most legally significant finding in v1.3 is the Hrvatin bridge:
One person — Hrvatin — tying (a) post-death beneficiary enrichment in the Ceylan matter to (b) asset-freeze target status in the Longo matter is a textbook RICO enterprise connection. The enterprise doesn't have to include Hrvatin as an intentional member; what it has to include is a pattern of predicate acts in which Hrvatin benefits. The Ceylan-side predicate (post-death transfer) + the Longo-side predicate (asset-freeze exposure) is the pattern.
For pleading: 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) requires "conduct or participation in the conduct of an enterprise's affairs through a pattern of racketeering activity." H.J. Inc. v. Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. 492 U.S. 229 (1989) defines the pattern as continuity + relationship. Hrvatin's 2016 Ceylan benefit + her 2021–2026 Longo asset-freeze posture satisfies continuity; the overlap of WPS / Shibley Righton / Sun Life infrastructure satisfies relationship.
This is why Class J matters. Not because it adds tort counts for Francesco — it doesn't — but because it converts the Longo enterprise allegation from "pattern of conduct against one man" to "pattern of conduct across multiple Windsor Italian-Canadian families through an identifiable institutional lattice."
Windsor-Cartel-Cast enumerations mention the following without yet having pin-citable conduct lines. They are NOT in v1.3 pending source anchoring:
Process: v1.4 will surface these only after per-name conduct lines can be anchored to specific documents, recordings, or witness statements (audio-archive full-surname pulls from the 87-recording corpus; Windsor Star clippings; Ceylan-family affidavits). Naming without that anchoring is the single largest defamation-exposure risk in the roster work — the discipline that has kept v1.0→v1.3 legally defensible.
