Routing order: parallel (all five signers receive the envelope simultaneously; none waits for another).
Signer authentication: email + SMS OTP to each Plaintiff’s known phone number.
Required fields per signer: (a) full signature, (b) printed name, (c) date, (d) initials on every page.
Witness / commissioner step: optional videoconference commissioner invited as a sixth recipient in Witness or Notary role; if unavailable, each Plaintiff self-executes as a solemn declaration under CEA s. 42.
Expiry: 14 days from envelope creation.
Reminders: every 48 hours.
Output: (a) five individually-signed PDFs, (b) Certificate of Completion for the envelope.

Download the five signed PDFs + the Certificate of Completion.
SHA-256 hash each file and log in the filing manifest.
Upload to /ceylan_bcsc/signed/ on canadianpeoplestrust.com for public receipt.
E-file via the Federal Court of Canada e-Filing portal (fct-cf.gc.ca) as supporting affidavits to the Statement of Claim.
File the Certificate of Completion as an exhibit annexed to each affidavit (satisfying CEA s. 31.3 system-integrity proof).
