📖 The case in one paragraph
In 2004, DEA Agent Glenn Dutton arrested Billy Womack at an ecstasy lab in Lakeland, Florida. Within four days, Womack became an informant. His cooperation was used to construct a prosecution theory against Francesco Giovanni Longo — a Canadian citizen against whom no independent evidence was ever produced. Across 21 years, every institutional lever capable of correcting this — the courts, the bar, the ministers of justice, the police oversight regulators, the human-rights commissions — either advanced the operation or declined to stop it. On 15 September 2025, after 4 years and 4 months of prosecution with zero admissible evidence, the Windsor Crown withdrew. This archive — now paired with the largest coordinated pro se legal filing in common-law history — documents that pattern in 15+ filing-grade exhibits and ≈ 625 discrete charges across 38 named respondents.
